Just to put some history out there, and not to get away from the topic, the original IPTV Stalker was designed to get the epg from a server, but it never worked for the papiao servers. The 'mod' may have worked at one time, but it used the now dead ninja feed. "Plus Lite" completely removed epg capability from the mod version, among other things.
The best thing for the OP is to use the Plus Lite version for a relatively easy access to the VoDs (Video Club) if using Kodi.
I'm not absolutely certain, since I haven't tested the combination, but am nearly certain it would. The worst that would happen is either it would fail to install or it wouldn't load. In either of those scenarios, it wouldn't damage anything. In the second case, you could simply uninstall it.
