Video club problem

I was watching One Shot in Video Club on a mag254 and about half way through it quit the movie and went back to the video club menu with the movie "one shot" still selected. No freezing or anything it just quit.

Hope this is descriptive enough, this happened before a couple times, but different movies, and days

I tried watching movies listed back in May and April , it says file missing. If they've been removed should they also be removed from the list of available movies?
