Unable to fast forward or rewind recorded shows or movies from the "Video Club"

I am using a MAG55 set up box with IPTV. There is no dedicated forward/rewind buttons on the MAG remote. So I tried to assign a key for these actions. But these are not working.
Anybody faced the same issue? Able to set up page up and Page down in the remote key assignment but not the fast forward and rewind.

I would contact manufacture of the box for instructions if you don't have in manual. I don't know if they have mag55? or its typo?
