Unable to enter BIOS!

[Mag 250] Unable to enter BIOS!

Hello guys,

I own an MAG-250 Box

usually I would enter the BIOS by pressing the menu button as I plug in my device. Although, recently "Mode not Supported" keeps showing and I am unable to bypass this error... Used to work with my TV, so TV is not an issue. I got no buttons on the device box.... I am using my RC menu button (yes, the 3 dots and 3 line button)

All I need is to change the resolution =p!

What shall I do? Thanks in advance!

Update, had the power off for a day... tried again.. nothing

Are you using the button with 3 lines and 3 dots above the volume button and below the home button!!
