Trying to renew subs

Hi, I was hoping to find some help. Last Sunday I tried to renew 2 subs through the coingate atm. I watched the video tutorial and followed along. I submitted the money and have the receipt on my phone but didn't get an email back. I hit up the contact us and they sent me one new sub. Is there a way to get the other sub I tried to renew?

So is it now taking over a week to get the sub up and running? I have been emailing customer service and no one has responded yet. It has been well over 48 hours and no membership yet? Who are we supposed to contact?
