Trouble assigning Mac to route

When I try to link a route to a mac address on a Mag254 I get an error message. The mac is not assigned to any other route. Help!

I would disconnect the box from internet and powered off. then I would go to reset my Mac from following link https://iks66.tv/main/search/
then I would reboot my modem and router. turn your box and connect with internet now. setup and verify your portal info. you should be good to go. hope this will.kof
