"The Dogs Bollocks" replaces "The Pyramid"

The developer for "The Pyramid" has ceded development and code to a new developer and is now rebranded (Pyramid is now dead). "The Dogs Bollocks" is a solid all-round add-on for Movies and catch-up TV, and other streams.
