I went in and changed my Mac to the one listed. It said "Mac successfully changed'. Then I entered user name and password. Nothing. AVOV 1. Have emailed them and I get, "try and connect.". I don't know anything else to do. If you have any suggestions, let me know asap as this box is going out for some target practice.

Read the AVOV forums for help. There is a problem with getting channels even after connecting with the Avovs.

Thanks for responding. Not sure about the MAC issue, don't see any posts about whether it needs to stay the same or starting a new one; i'll keep reading. Anyway, mine went back to origional settings. I am getting VOd andl Apps. NO live TV. AVOV TLP 1.0.20
