Stuck at animated Avov screen - Reset no go - Firmware download?

Red box powers up, but stuck at animated Avov screen. Tried multiple times toothpick to reset, but same result.

Anything else I can try? Can the firmware be downloaded and installed from USB?

No firmware available........Avov never released any.........with the reset button in the the back of the box .........you have to hold it in with box unplugged....then plug box in while still holding reset button in.....wait 10 seconds...release reset button and wait until you see the Android Menu..choose Factory Default........allow it to finish and then choose reboot.......................WAIT

yea remove all but video when you put toothpick in you will feel click put power plug in and you should be good what floder2 said and firmware files are on box already for it to get started now if thats bad you need to send box in thats all you can do good luck
