Stb emulator remote

Has anybody used the remote control feature in the stb emulator pro appm

Is there anything special you had to to make it work?
I have the pro version for stb and remote control is on from the app. My password and name are just numbers.
I am using mag 250 remote app from the play store and it just cant find the emulator.
