why is the app "starting for the first time" every day, but is fine after has been run once in the day? This would be on a Samsung phone running Android.
All it is, I think , is the application retrieving information to see if it needs to refresh the channel list. Maybe the app developers shouldn't use the term "first time" as that may be confusing. If it's taking too long, just press an exit key, or what ever you do to go back on your phone, then you can select your channel.
