stalker client unable to load

Hi friends. Are you having the same problem today? Can't load channels, maybe because the staff is working on the off channels, but if someone could explain it would be great. Nice day!

go to settings,tv and unenable tv, clear data in both general and guide and reenable tv. this should be SOP.
