stalker client nfps authentication failed

hi all ive got a problem with my stalker client nfps i get the loading channels at the top right no channels load and i get the authentication failed retrying in the bottom right corner why does it do this and is there a fix for it thanks

Start at the announcements and then go look at the stickies.

First forum on the main page is the Announcements. Stickies are posted at the top of each forum. So you need to go to the forum for your subject and you will see them at the very top. Also you can use search to find topics related to your problem.

With the Stalker Client NFPS, you will need to start with a NEW mac, as an internal, non-configurable serial number will be sent on initial connection to the server. To get the epg to work, you will also need to enter your donation number that you had linked your MAC as well. If those settings are correct, you can adjust the connection time out to see if you can get it to work. "0" may actually turn off the connection timeout, so you may eventually connect using that setting, vs. using a high fixed value... I could be mistaken about that, but that's my interpretation of what dvbken wrote.

It would be nice to know what steps you have taken to resolve your issue, and the specifics of your set-up. Just saying that you have a problem doesn't help a bit.

Getting same issue, tried about 50 different macs, always getting authentication failed errors, tried fresh installs of kodi same thing. None of the fixes on the forum seem to be working

I have but it should be noted the amount of people getting this issue and to let the OP know he isn't the only one currently been trying to fix this for 5 hours

The thing is that if you actually started from scratch from the video, you probably wouldn't have that problem.

keeping Custom Serial number to 13 digit alpha numeric while having Device ID, Device ID 2 and Signature to 4 digits solved problem for me

Some degree of initiative and experimentation, as well as reading comprehension, is needed for this HOBBY. Reading through the stickies on the top of all forums will definitely help, as no one will hold your hand through this.

The best way to get help is to show that you actually have tried, and so far, spiroG, I have not seen it.

how u mean 13digit alpha numeric

create a 13 digits which includes alphabets and numbers and use it as serial number. for example 1234567890abc
