Slow channel picture

Has anyone noticed that when you change the channels it takes about 8-10 seconds for the picture to appear on channel it almost seems like the channel is down and then it appears get me all the time lol I would say I noticed it about 2 weeks ago ...does anyone know why this is happening cause before it was super fast for channel to appear...iam using T1 and already did iptv reset and gear reset and still same

same here I run out of excuses for my clients and some channels do not work for like 20min then they work again for just 5min and they blackout again some channels freeze for 3-4 seconds or so is frustrating when you are getting new clients and this is happening both portals are exactly the same i have try both
