Service keeps getting better!

I too am on the west coast. and while I do get freezing it is minimal now. even on the 190s which were unwatchable before. I hope they dont try to pass the crappy cartoon network they have now though. My kids will kill me if I try to show them that.

Most days it works great during the day. Other days it freezes usually in the evening but sometimes from 2 to 11 pm. Weekends are mostly unwatchable in the evenings. I'm really tired of people blaming the isp (my speed is good, I'm not being throttled). Sometimes I'll power cycle the modem, router and android but it doesn't help. I've tried both rocket and nfps with almost exactly the same results.

It's not your ISP. You only need 1.5 Mps. Depends on which channel you are watching so others can't speak for everyone else. I use hotel wifi sometimes with no problems.

Definitely not ISP, have tried 3 (1 broadband, and 2 ADSL), same results here on the west coast. Evenings, there is definite freezing just like weekends. This looks more to the load of the servers than the ISP. Running Kodi and Netflicks and have no issues on those, only the private server.

It would be interesting to find out the load capabilities, and the number of raids used for redundancy? Are the loads being allocated across servers evenly, or only upon capacity?

If you are on the West Coast and interested in the service, I would recommend to wait, go and get yourself an Android box and use that for now, as using this service is of absolute no value for evening and weekend use on the West Coast - Just keeping those informed who want to know.

For those of you that are having great service all channels and VOD working. What box or boxes are you using?

I have not such experience with my AVOV2. but maybe I just still don't have it setup right only get sonme channels and a lot of burrering on the channels that I do get ( that are thru TVonline or KODI anyway). MAc address is good anserver connected. What else can I do?

Thank you

That sucks, i like the system all the channels vod etc. .. I am not upset do to system buffering just wished that it would work good . I still have faith in these guys and i am patiently waiting for them to sort us out here in the west , because a system like this one has a potential to be a gold mine
