I have dozens of donations, have been working fine for as long as the service was introduced, for the last few months its been a head ache have to kept resetting mac in other to keep watching tv, this occur almost every 24 hrs on 90% of my donations, I have done everything on my end to resolve the issue, but left for me think it is at server level. I have emailed papaio and seek help, but no explanation and no answer from papaio. Any help will be great....I cant just trow away $$$$ I was forced to look for new provider to use, but have dozens of rocket sitting now.
