resend password and login?

today my mag 250 authentication pop up window re apeared. i have several months left on my donation. is this common?

i cant find my print out with my login and password. what do i need to do to have rocket resend it to me?

I have a mag254 subscription with rocket but previous sub with iksclub.I have not used in a while It is asking for username and password. Any suggestions...thanks,stubwal

I have had a few over the past few days need to have their donation numbers re-entered. It seems like the something has reset the boxes, as the settings, including theme, were all reset somehow.

Every Time i enter rocket number in login and password and hit enter i get error, rocket is good for many days, how are others getting around authentication

Just to make sure, since several questions seem to center on username/password, the username and password is your donation number for NFPS and Rocket users and the route number for IKS66 users. So, yes, you enter the same number (donation number or route number) for both username and password.

The bar starts to load and then the password box comes up i load rocket # and i get error

Have you checked to make sure of your portal address, especially if you're an NFPS user? Once you're certain all of your credentials are correct, turn off your box and do an IPTV Reset.

Portal address is the same as always 11. I did reset ,now when i reset box i get login for iptv 66 and i have rocket

Where are you seeing the login for IKS66?

So, you're portal is configured as one or the other?

If that's the case, there might be issues with servers. I've been up and running fine on NFPS, but I'm not sure what's going on with the servers for Rocket and IKS66.

When i reboot it , a screen comes up telling me about creating 5 different portal clusters, to get new portal url go to papio. Tv/main/search, so i hit ok on remote and a search your donation screen comes up, i can put donation # in there but the am i a robot doesn't work, so i hit ok on remote and an iptv 66 screen appears and it is in Spanish or English. It's just got me shaking my head

I don't have the box so I don't want to speculate or add to your frustration. Someone here probably has knowledge of your device and will chime in. You might want to ask the question in one of the subforums for your box further down the page.

Yes my portal is 11iptvrocket.tv. box is mag
