Remote not working mag 322

Using this mag 322 only for a week and now on the box it’s continuous blinking LEd blue light remote is not responding tried power on and off many times comes on main screen .
If I point the remot it blinks on the box but if I remove the batteries from remote the led on box is not blinking
Seeems like I have deleted the program on remote ?
Please help

try resetting the box or changing HDMI cable maybe.

To reset from BIOS menu:
Unplug the power from the Mag
Then while pressing and holding the menu button on your remote control, reattach power and let it boot into the bios setup menu.
Enter The BIOS.
Choose “Def. Settings”.
Press to the right.
Confirm by pressing the “OK”.
Select “Exit & Save” to save and exit.
STB will reboot automatically.

After you factory reset your box, dhcp and tftp loading is the default.
To get back to booting correctly unplug and plug back in the box, then menu into bios again.
Once there go to "Boot Mode" and right arrow to change it to "NAND" or NAND2"
Then scroll down to "Exit & Save" and right arrow, then "OK" to save and reboot.

Please note that any time you press the "OK" remote button in the bios, give it time to work because it takes a few seconds.

Box is working fine only remote has a problem
Shall I still do factory reset ?

Again when I press any button on remote it’s not responding I tried those step but no response it comes to main screen with channels and all

I changed batteries - no luck
Then presses and hold ok and set up button and release - no luck

Reset STB remote to the factory settings
Press SETUP and OK button at same time and hold for 2 seconds. After 5 times blinking of right (red lighted) On/Off button the reset is done (all programmed sections of STB remote is reset).

But still no luck
