For some reason the G-Pazz Deluxe Remote seems to work well but the smaller remote keeps losing connection...it suddenly stops working (I think after I accidentally hit the right arrow key)...an arrow from the G-Pazz Deluxe Remote will appear on the screen and I suddenly can't use the smaller remote...it's not the batteries because when I disconnect the starstream x4 from the box and start up again the smaller remote works again????
