Read Error when updating

Hello there joined a couple months back and just got a new tv today so Im trying to get my brand new mag 254 working. Im getting something that says read error when I update the software. Can anyone help? Havent been able to see any other threads about this

do you have usb stick on box remove it

no stick ..... trying to find where to find what software is in it ... might be a conection problem but the smart tv works fine so not real sure about to give up tonight

brand new mag 254 need to install internet then go to auto update let it update then in server in portal add your url

figured it out somehow dropped the wifi connection

I got 3 Mag 254 i set them up hard wire after all up and running then i go wifi. But glad you figure it out

see it was the internet conection happy you got it going
