hello guys
i have linux mint 17.2 with the latest nightly build kodi 16.0 and iptv simple client 1.12.4
i activate the addon at startup, every channel works fine. then i restart kodi and i have to start the addon again.
this happens every time i start kodi
in the log it said i needed the addon compatible with XBMC API 4.0.0 and mine was supposedly 3.0.0.
now it doesnt say that but the same behaviour remains.
i already downloaded the latest version (1.12.6) from github: pvr.iptvsimple-master.zip which is API 4.1.0
when i try to install from zip file on kodi it says "failed", when i just replace the folder "pvr.iptvsimple" at usr/share/kodi/addons with the new one, the PVR addons section at kodi disappears.
funny thing i made a clean install at my parents with kodi 15.1 stable version, iptv simple client 1.11.5 (if i remember correctly) and the behaviour is the same.
so its nothing addon or repo related.
any hint how i can solve this?
