Sounds like you need to change nac address & delete settings file

Having trouble myself every time I try to open says url open error no address associated with host name

Look in the forum only ivue guide have that problem so i would say read up on other set up that are being use that works better

I had the same problems after reading all the posts i ended up re-setting my box, disabling the firewalls on my modem and re linking my mac address and this seems to have solved my problems. hope this helps.

Using Stalker Client with epg.ninja is the best imo.
