Problem with M8 OT TV Box

I recently purchased a M8 OTT TV Box and it was set up and working fine. Suddenly I have a problem. When I click Online Video from opening screen, then Kodi, Kodi appears to load but it then returns to the opening screen i.e. Online Video etc.

I have tried everything but nothing makes any difference. Can anyone help?

You will probably need to delete Kodi and reinstall it and the add ons.

My recommendation for all the M8 Boxes, when you first get your box, download a clean version of KODi. Delete the KODI version on the box and install the new clean version you just downloaded from the KODI web page. The version you use is your option, but I prefer the 15.2. I have found that the version you choose should be loaded and deleted at least twice. This seem to clear up some of the glitches that have happened while shipping and setting up. A good clean version works wonders!

I am having the same problem but mine is through the stb emu From v9 from this page and then i am getting server unavailable
