Problem getting in contact contact with Papiao

Can someone please have Papiao get in contact with me. I've ordered 20 numbers and I used their links to get them but they say they haven't received any order from me. I've sent them a copy of my receipt but the say they never received them. Also I have a number that is not working. I've sent many emails but they have not responded. Any help would be appreciated.

I have sent many emails to Papiao and they say that they have not received my cash but I have a receipt. I've sent the receipt they say they don't have it. It went through crypto and like I said I have a receipt. Any help I would love. Lots of people that want to reloaded place.. I didn't want to post who the money was sent to but it was sent through their pay. Thank you.

p.s. I also have a number that says expired but has like 286 days left on it, would like help with that one also

if they say they never received it then they never received it. probably something was wrong on link or code. did you order from windows pc? was that windows 11?

as for order unfortunately I dont have any control and if they telling you they never got it then im 100% they never got it even though you do have a receipt does not mean it went to them. but you did not answer my questions @ post # 4

Ryu, I ordered from my phone on the zelle payment setup. I got a receipt for it but I won't post it here. Can you contact the person I sent the money to, Ed Kid so that Papiao can send my numbers. That would be a big help. Also I will contact for help with the other number that is not working. Thanks for all your help.

take a picture of that receipt and use a file share site like mediafire.com and post the picture there and then send Ryu a link to that file

I personally dont know anybody from this site or papiao. I just help here with limited knowledge I have but as far I know papiao has been the most trustworthy people ever when it comes to this hobby. thy won't take your money and run like others. I can guarantee you if you have contact them and they said they never got it then they probably never got it.
however, its possible its error on their end. so send me the reciept as crazed suggested and I will forward to them and will help you as much as possible.

its almost morning time here in Africa and I will be hitting city which is far from my village so you might get a little late response today but I will try help you as soon as I get home.

I sent you reply back. did you see your inbox? looks like you made a mistake and money was never sent to papiao. not sure what or how you did that but receipt never looked right. since money never reached to papiao I dont think anything can be done. maybe talk to your bank and cancel that transaction. sorry bud
