Portal p1.iptvrocket.tv not loading

I'm asking this for a friend.
he is trying to get his Dreamlink t2 box working. His donation is good for another 170+ days. He went through all the necessary steps in the IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker set up, but, when he goes into the box to watch anything - nothing loads.
He has the latest DOL2 and Rocket starts up real nice, but nothing will load, no movies, no tv, nothing at all - this circle just keeps rotating and that's it.
I have been working with him since yesterday to try and help him but I ran out of ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Just to say that we do finally have it up and running. I don't know why or how but it is working now. I wish I could say we did this and that and now it works.
We did not change portals though as we still don't know how.
