Portal Issue

Guys,

I followed all the steps in the setup guide up to step 9. At steps 10 where it says "10. After the reboot it will boot into the IPTV portal. If it loads into a tv channel or black screen press exit to see the portal page. Here you will see TV, Videoclub, etc." I only receive a black screen and the box does not respond to the exit button as the guide says.

I have already linked my MAC address to an active account and still no luck.

Please help.

I have already linked my MAC address to my donation and i am using 11.iptvprivateserver.tv as the url and still nothing.

Open donation panel erase mac and renter it

I couldn't remove the MAC address from the donation page so I set an incorrect MAC address, searched again to make sure that it was set and then I reentered the correct MAC address and still nothing. Box just loads to a blank screen.

Guys, I am still loading to a blank screen even after trying all that was suggested. Checked my donation and my mac address and both are good.

can someone please give me a hand here?

Send them an e-mail then wait. it will get done I am sure. Also another thing to note, they did say that some work will be getting done these next three months. Patience pays off in the end. You could load a channel list one the embedded portal for now till your problem gets taken care of. Have a great day!

Erase all portal info then restart your mag box,If you get into inner portal then it has something to do with your internet connection
