Portal does not load

Hello. I have paid someone in México for a portal with latino channels, l gave them my Mac but it is impossible to load. I tried once but it froze all the time, no i can't even load the portal. i live in Spain.

How can i add free iptv links from the internet?

Could you Clarify what you are using to connect to the Portal? Can you also let me know what ISP (Company) you are using in spain for the Internet. I do know that Movistar is NOT very reliable even with 300MB Fibre, you might have to change DNS settings as they are attacking IPTV services as it goes directly against theirs.
