Here is the thread. Read the initial post for information related to configuring the IPTV Video 10.0.0 add-on. Post questions in that thread if you have any after configuring the add-on.

It is recommended that you employ 13 alphanumeric characters for your Serial Number and at least 13 characters for your Device ID.
