Plugging the AC adapter into a Surge Protector make a difference in performance

Occasionally, not always, pressing Power On when it boots I get a green tinted TV screen. I have to reboot by unplugging & inserting the power supply, then the screen is normal. I have tried many USB cables, the latest one being an Ultra High Speed 4K@120Hz 48Gbps. Samsung Smart TV Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

are you using hdmi cable came with the box? if yes then try to replace hdmi cable. if no then try the one came with it or good quality hdmi cable. also, try a different hdmi port if possible.
