It has been over 4 days and still have not received a confirmation email or welcome packge after my order for 10 licenses for a reseller account. I am getting a bit concerned as this is also my first time purchasing as a reseller. When I purchased 2 accounts a time-email came in a matter of hours. The issue besides not being a reliable way of expecting the same result every time a order is made is it makes it very difficult to build in a realistic expectation time wise to clients regarding when I can get them setup. Is this a regular thing? Can something be done to improve the system and process for the setup portion?
