Paid for sub but no confirmation received

I paid for 1 month sub 3 days ago but haven't recived confirmation email that my account is activated. At the time when i placed my order, i forgot to note order number, therefore cannot check online status. Also sent an email to support but no reply.
Any idea what to do?
