Now getting authirization issue on IPTV stalker

Just now got the donation and configured IPTV stalker using tutorials.But I am getting authorization failed issue.I dont dont know what is the issue??I have linked my wifi mac address of my box in linking the mac address in official website.I dont know whether it is correct or wrong.Please help on this.

I have done the same settings.yesterday it is opened and I have seen Cinema and adult sections but today the same problem. authorization failed.what to do??please help me.
