Hi,i had this problem before,this migth help,unplug mag then plug back in while holding menu button on remote for a few seconds (that's the one with 3 lines)until you see bios menu pop up then go to resolution and lower it to 720 or lower,save and exit,and that should fix it hope this helps good luck!!!
