Newbie with activation problems

Hi
I am a new member.

I have paid twice because payment was stuck pending for few days.
No worries I have two mag254 boxes that I can use it on.

So far none of the boxes are activate, both credit card payment was cleared by feb1.

I have tried asking for help, no response yet.

Hopefully I will get some help here.

Excited and looking forward to enjoying the service after long rocky start.
