Newbie - MAG 254 Receiving error message on authentication screen

I have received my IPTV login info. I have gone to route checker and linked my MAC address. When I enter my username and password I get an error.

What can I be doing incorrectly? I've followed the tutorial by IPTVTALK.ORG.

It works now. I am not sure what changed but I pulled the plug on the box and ignored it for a while. Plugged it back in and got past the authentication screen. Yay!
