Hi,

new user I got my mag250 after seeing my father in laws one. he got his from tenerife,

mine is from Amazon and is no where near the same,

mine doesn't have video club or box sets etc. and the layout is totally different,

I have a active subscription and only have 250 channels, where he has a 1000 or so,

am I doing something wrong?

looks like you are subbed to a different server than your in-law, are they the same server? or maybe you have a different layout setup in settings

we are on different servers. I thought they were all the same to be honest.

is there a way to change the layout in settings I did look around but couldn't see an option for it
