New to IPTV But Service says inactive

Hi,
New guy here. This seems like a good idea but after only one day of service, my service says inactive on both donations with 363 days left. And I am unable to reset it. I have sent emails all day and haven't gotten a response as yet and it's still inactive.

Could someone please help.

Hi,
Service came back on yesterday but went down after about an hour. I was setting up my wi-fi on one of the boxes it ashed to reboot and then went down. There is only one (1) ISP in my country I am trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong.
I am down to 361 days and have not had one whole day of service as yet.

Also, how do I remove my parental password request every time I start the MAG254.

did you a do iptv reset and parental password for mag 254 0000
