new problem with iptv stalker

this is weird , the IPTV stalker gives me a time out while accessing the channels, yet using my live tv it works,
Just curious if anybody is having a timed out issue on IPTV stalker.

FYI i just did a fresh install of new kodi just came out and the pvr stalker has been upgraded to newer version but it is still hit and miss with out fixing the settings.xml file
