New problem - mag254 - help

While scrolling, the remote (or box) stops responding?

Is there any other way, other than a hard reboot to get it going again?

- new batteries in remote
- firmware is up to date

Edit: seems to be a rkt prob. 'Authentication problem', other ports are working fine.

Rkt was working last pm, no changes of any setting?

Solved: reboot everything, reaquire ip, running fine again.

It's happened twice now. They must be working on the line again.
