New avov

I got my box today.When I plugged it in the Avov came up and then white and red fuzzey dots at the bottom of screen.I tried several times and the same thing.This is my fifth box and never had any trouble before.Has anyone had this problem,

Hi smitty1952, you can try to click in the reset button and while holding it in plug the machine in to see if you get the service menu clearly. Also might want to try a different HDMI cable.

I tried the reset,now the Avov comes on the screen and goes off,but no dots now.I will let it set and maybe it will update.Thanks for all the help

Hi smitty1952, Although you might have tried this, please try another HDMI cable even if the one you are using works on another device. I have seen strange things happen. Might work.

Thanks,but did'nt work. I have five of these and really like them.1 out of 5 ain't bad. I will have to send it back.Been at this hobby for a long time .This is the first couldn't get to work.
