Need Help With Mag 254

I started up my Mag 254 and all I get is the blue background with the blue and light blue bar trying to connect. Do I need to reset my box. I see their are issues going on but I don't see anyone with the same as mine. Is there anyone out there who can help. I would appreciate.

unlink your mac, and reload the portal, see if the login/password window comes up... link your mac back to the donation and reload the portal again, and then enter your donation number for login/password and hit ok.. if you get an error, unlink and relink (or iptv reset) and then hit ok again and see if it goes through

Thanks for the reply Darkside . I was able to get only a handful of channels. Is this the way it is for everyone right now. Any suggestions on what to do.Should I still attempt to unlink my mac? thanks again appreciate it.

If you're getting channels i would try rebooting my internet and mag box first for now they are still working on some of the bugs but at the end it will be worth it
