I have my new donation number and order number but don't remember what I have to do. I have on screen your STB is blocked call your provider. Hope someone can direct me in the right way...thank in advance

Log into your new account and attach your mac.Then make sure you have the right Url in the mag.Simple as that.

When I go to account info on the box it blank....sorry I am really green with this .

You don't need to use the username on the mag anymore i think anyways i don't use a mag anymore.If you do use it it's the donation# for both.
