I received this message yesterday using a new internet provider, Spectrum. I have two Mag 254 boxes with two new annual iptv subscriptions. Both worked great in Florida. Came to upstate NY two days ago and connected one of the Mag 254 boxes and received the above message. Unfortunately I left my Arris modem/router in Florida. That worked great however this "new" modem/router, Technicolor, no good! I tried wireless, which I never really use since the adapter to me is nothing but a small wire (antenna). I always use an ethernet to connect my boxes.
My question is: What would be recommended, next to jumping off a bridge??? Thank you, Tom M.
