they should just say that this service is working only for spanish people in USA, like we in Europe care about so many spanish speaking channels and something they promise they would deliver, takes them ages to fix it. We paid our own money, Eur3, Eur70 or US1 or US1ooo. We deserve service we paid, but no1 is willing to sort this out.

All sky channels are still down bar Sky Sports and Sky Modern Greats. Regarding UK even some free to air channels such as 5USA, BBC Three , BBC Four are down. Totally unacceptable service.

shitty service and no customer service whatsoever. i just would like to know can i get refund to my credit card or i need to get to bank of ireland for the refund and vice charge towards this so called service, rather say no service at all.

I don't mind a couple of days down time so long as they keep us informed, No one does just people saying be patient all the time, Well my patience is running out with the lack of support.

if they charge us, many of us, this should be they permanent job not something they do few hours a week. You dont do something in your life, charge some1 and then show up next week for few min. this should be worked out 24/7 not 10 min in 4 days.

These complaints are a good thing. The only way a company knows when it's not doing well is when it's good customers tell them.

Most UK channels are now back online, thanks to all the admin for their great work. Sky Atlantic, Sky One and ITV Encore seems to be the only UK channels down as of now
