I have 3 Portal codes but when i open portals it only shows portal 1 and portal 2 how do i find where to put info for portal 3

Are you referring to the Mag device with only the 2 portal slots ?
I think that's all they give you with that device, if I remember the mag setup.

you mean you have three rocket donation codes? if yes then rocket has two servers. so each code can be assigned server 1 or server 2. it does not matter if server 1 or server 2 attached to all three codes you will get same channels and same level of service.

uh now I see what they mean probably.
if thats the case then buzz is the best option because you can add as many as you want.
btw, whats the point adding same server twice or more?
