mag254 "no internet connection"

my mag254 was working flawlessly until yesterterday. today when i tried to turn it on i cannot connect to the internet. i am using a wired connection and when i check the status light on the back of the mag it is off. i had tried rebooting the router and the mag but had no luck.

Have you checked Ethernet in Network settings?

on the network settings; ehternet: not connected, ip: not available.

check your ethernet cable.. make sure its plugged all the way in at the router and at the mag.. change to another ethernet cable

Mine did that,, i had it on bridged connection to laptop. Changed it ro its own connection without bridge and it worked could be ip conflict.

update:
was not able to resolve the issue and had to send the mag 254 for replacement. just got the mag today and have it connected thru wifi and is working flawlessly. anyways thanks for all the help.
