Mag254 error

I went on https://iks66.tv/main/search. Did an Iptv reset.....reboted my mag254 and it asked for my user name and password I entered my donation # on both places and. Clicked OK .....but it says error on the too right corner......any body knows any thing about this????

I read as a possible solution:

On MAG box enter donation number as user and password but DON'T press OK. Next - go to your computer and carry out a reset, like you did before. Then press OK on box.

I also found carrying out a software update on the MAG solved a partial loading problem I had, so that may also help.

OK folks I was having trouble loading my password did a SOFTWARE update it went right through and now watching tv. Do the software update from the start up screen
