Mag254 blue power light but no signal

Hi,

I purchased a MAG254 a few weeks ago all has been working fine until lastnight.
I put the box on only to find out that I can't get any signal via hdmi or rca connection.
I don't know if anyone has encountered this problem but it's just very strange. The hdmi input Port on tv is working fine and so is the rca port. I just can't get any picture at all.

Tried but still can't get any signal. I mean it's not a power surge because i am still getting power on the unit.
