Mag 254 w1 Authentication Screen PLEASE HELP..!!!

Hello,

I'm stuck at the authentication screen where you enter your username and password. I entered my donation number in both but the OK button is grayed out.

I'm subscribed to Rocket IPTV and have linked the mac address to the donation number.

Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Any help will be appreciated.​

what mac address did link to donation the one on the bottom of the mag go to site do iptv reset then try again to enter username and password in mag 254 w1

Thanks for the reply. I tried the reset and restart the portal but its still the same

in internet setting of the mag 254 did you select Auto DHCP in settings

Yes I did. I have connection to the internet. I checked the mac address to what is listed online and the only difference I see is the case of the letters. On the device one of the letter has a small (a) and online it has a big (A). Would that make a difference?

the mac address that you link to donation is on the bottom of the mag 254 w1 what mac address did you use

Thats the mac address I used.

put mac address in the same way its display on the bottom of the mag 254 w1 in caps

Yeah thats how it is entered online. What would be the reason the OK button is grayed out?

Is the username and password the donation number?

Thanks for the help..It turns out to be that after I entered my donation number in the username and password I expected the OK button to turn blue and it didn't. I then tried to use my mouse to click on it when all along I had to use the remote to navigate down to the OK button. Str888 up newbie mistake....I appreciate the help though.
