Mag 254 on but blank screen.....

Hi, my mag 254 is powering up cos i have the blue light on the front but the screen is totally blank....ive tried different hdmi and av leads but no difference....i cant get into the menu to change anything cos the screen is always blank....can anyone help??

Hi Brandon Try pulling the power plug and let the box do a hard boot. I can get mine to load all the channels, but no video yet on a new sub. Yours may need a reset by holding a button on the remote and repluging the box pack in at the same time. Sorry I can't remember the remote button, but I will do some research and get back with you.

Thanks cat....im beginning to think its something to do with the box being locked by the provider i bought it off....a 12 month sub to their channels was put on it when i bought it and that was about ....12 months ago...or maybe the box has just gone faulty.
